Research Interests
不对称合成及手性药物研究

徐明华,浙江岱山人。1999年7月毕业于中国科学院上海有机化学研究所(导师:林国强研究员),获得理学博士学位;同年8月赴美国,先后在美国弗吉尼亚大学(University of Virginia)化学系和乔治城大学医学研究中心(Georgetown University Medical Center)从事博士后工作研究。20038月加入中国科学院上海有机化学研究所,2005年入选中国科学院“百人计划”,7月起任中国科学院上海药物研究所研究员、课题组长、博士生导师,新药研究国家重点实验室研究员。2018年受聘南方科技大学教授。


主要从事有机不对称合成及手性药物方面的研究,致力于以一些重要有机分子及药物分子合成为导向的手性化学和手性技术探索。近年来在新型手性配体和催化剂的设计以及生物活性分子合成和新药研究等方面取得了一些有较大影响和创新性的研究成果。在J. Am. Chem. Soc., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Acc. Chem. Res., Chem. Comm., Org. Lett.等国内外核心学术期刊上发表论文120余篇,多个工作受到国际国内同行的关注和好评,被美国化学会ACS “Heart Cut” (2),“Noteworthy Chemistry” (2),德国化学评论期刊Synfacts (32),英国Speciality Chemicals Magazine专栏,JACS Spotlights,Organic Chemistry Portal,X-MOL等选为研究亮点报道;10篇论文被选为期刊封面(其中1篇J. Am. Chem. Soc.封面);申请国内外专利24项,授权15项(美国专利2项)。应邀在国际性学术会议、海外知名大学作学术邀请报告100多次。


曾获中国化学会青年化学奖(2005),首届药明康德生命化学研究奖(2007),中国科学院朱李月华优秀教师奖(2012),中科院优秀研究生指导教师(2013),国家杰出青年科学基金(2013),上海市优秀学术带头人(2014),中国科学院特聘骨干研究员(2015),前沿有机化学亚洲核心计划讲座奖ACP Lectureship Award(日本3次、韩国、新加坡、泰国、台湾),以及法国斯特拉斯堡大学邀请教授、日本九州大学“Global 30”计划“Part-time Lecturer”、台湾国科会化学促进中心访问教授、日本北海道大学Hokkaido Summer Institute邀请教授等荣誉。2014年获上海市自然科学一等奖。2016年获国家自然科学二等奖(排名第二)。
